New Custom-made Katana Sword For US Customer Al

 

This Katana sword was made for US customer Al. He ordered this sword on 7th July, and it is completed today. The number of this sword is HB112 in hanbonforge store, but in some ways we made some changes according to the customer requirements. The blade was made of 1095 high carbon steel, and it had been clay tempered, the hamon is authentic all the way up to the tip. This blade had been hand polished with multiple grade sharpen stone by Japanese method, it is very sharp. The tsuba(guard) was made of high quality brass, and it comes with matching Koshirae(accessories), the fuchi ((sleeve), Kashira(buttcap) and menuki were also made of brass. The tsuka(handle) is wrapped with white real rayskin(Samegawa) and black leather tsuka-ito. The saya(sheath) had been changed to black color hand-carved multiple ring-shaped style with black real ray skin wrapped.
